NO FMD and pin FMA data in the attached file.

pls refer one example from TCA9539-Q1.

TCA9539-Q1 Functional Safety, FIT Rate, Failure Mode Distribution and Pin FMA (Rev. A)

Would you pls provide such Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA file?
