Hi Team,

    Can u please Verify the attached Schematic & provide me the Improvements.

   Currently we are using it for 100 MHz Clock..In datasheet recommended 26 ohm series resistors on A-Side outputs,Does series resistor needed?

    The datasheet does not recommend that you add series resistors. The remark in section 1 says that the device already has internal series resistors.

    The schematic looks OK. But both supply voltages are the same; why are you using a translator? A simple buffer like the SN74AUC34/​SN74AUC17/​SN74AUC125 would be cheaper and faster.
