RnD currently used SN74LVC244A for the signal 50MHz. The output signal is distortion.

Is there solution for high speed (tpd < 5.9ns)?

Hi,

The other condition is tPLH/tPHL is low. ( tPLH/tPHL <1.5nS)

At 3.3 V, LVC supports about 175 MHz. What is the capacitive load? What kind of distortion are you seeing?

The fastest buffer would be the TXV0108-Q1.
