Hi Team,

Could you pls recommend a device for ULPI? The data rate requirement is 60MHz@VCCI=1.2V. It seems the data rate drops as VCC drops.

    Hi Hailiang,

    You are right, as higher voltage nodes supports higher data rates.

    You may also see SN74AXC8T245 or SN74AXCH8T245 as I verified 1.2V<->3.3V translation above 60MHz using the AXC EVM.

    Data rate depends on the system designers tolerance for various parameters, so will generally need to be tested in the specific application environment for the clearest understanding of signal integrity and would further recommend also verifying per the system/loading requirements, thanks.
