The current datasheet supersedes all the previous ones, and TI will not be providing those. You can view the changes made to the datasheet in the revision history shown below

PCNs for this device can be found online at mouser in the documentation section.

Let me know if you have any specific concerns regarding this datasheet version.

Thank you for your reply.

I have checked PCNs at Mouser.com and found that PCN20231218002.0, which is for datasheet update from RevP to Q, is the only PCN informaing datasheet update. Is PCN issued to inform every single dasheet update?

Hi Tomoyuki

Not all datasheet changes are reflected by PCN's. Many datasheet updates are done to clarify existing information or follow changing datasheet formats. A PCN is only done if there is some change being made to the device.

Hi Owen-san,

As a responce of your comment of "A PCN is only done if there is some change being made to the device," our customer asked us another question.
Our customer is wondering if some change had been made on SN74AHCT1G04DCKR since PCN#20231218002.0.A was issed to inform datasheet update.

The change history says "Updated thermal values for DCK package"; the PCN says "To accurately reflect device characteristics". I'd guess that the thermal modelling did improve.
