SN74LVC1G17: Iin actual max current

Hello team,

The input current (Ii) max is expected +/-5uA from the datasheet. I think it would come from JEDEC standard and it would be much smaller for the actual design on this device.

Are we able to know the actual value of the Ii (Ta_max=85C)? Of course, it's not needed to be guaranteed but just for tuning impedance connected to the input.

    I am not aware of any JEDEC standard for the input leakage current.

    The specified value is the worst case at the most extreme temperature. There is a strong temperature dependence (see below for typical values of a different device), so I would estimate about 0.5 µA for the SN74LVC1G17 at 85 °C.
