SN74xxxR is offered in both NIPDAU | SN

While SN74xxxRE4 is only offered in NIPDAU

Is the Matte Tin (SN) lead finish compatible with SAC 305 Lead Free solder paste containing a water-soluble flux system?

Hi Vivian,

This is really a forum for more technical questions. I'm not really familiar with the compatibilities or lack thereof concerning solder paste, but I'd imagine that any solder paste will probably work fine.
