some parts are confirmed to have a military rating through TI's website.
For 'military rating' parts posted on the website, is there any data available to confirm what tests are performed? and the test items?
(such as SN54AHC157 & SN65HVD233SHKJ)
It would be different from Commercial, but I am inquiring because I cannot identify what tests are specifically performed for each part.
Such as for the part above, that do not have smd part number but have a military rating written on them, (checked in blue)

"SN54AHC157" is a part number. It has six orderable part numbers (actually, three), all of which have an SMD:
Some military-rated devices have OPNs with "SNJ" prefix for devices with qualification, and OPNs with "SN" prefix for devices without.
The SN65HVD233SHKJ is an OPN of the SN65HVD233-HT, which does not have a military rating. Look at the SN55HVD233-SP, SN55HVD233-SEP, or SN65HVD233-EP.
