Our team has come across an issue which we've traced down to an unwanted activation of an output pulse from the SN74LV123A. The issue presents itself when the module in question is subjected to a quick power cycle. If the power is switched back on before the 5V rail has had a chance to fully discharge, we see an output pulse on Q. We're really confused because when the inputs wouldn't indicate that an output should be activated. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
