Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN54AC00-SP
Is there any SEE test data for the SN54LVC646A-SP? It is TID assured but no links to any SEE test data. I would like to know the SET and SEL performance.
Best regards,
Tom

Hi Tom,
Many of our older SP rated devices do not have radiation data. This used to be done by a third party lab and TI does not have any documentation of this remaining (this was all done a long time ago 20+ years).
What is the primary use case for the device? This device is very unique, do you know if they are utilizing all the functions of the device?
For example, if they only need bus transceivers or only shift registers, we have a new SC family that is all SEP devices. These are radiation tolerant rated for 50kRad.
Hi Tom,
They are still rated for "Rad Tolerant" and "QMLV qualified" (we wouldn't just put them in randomly), however, we just don't have the testing results anymore. As it was most likely done 10-20 years ago and there is no digital documentation that we have.
We do have a radiation report for the SN54AC00-SP device that is valid for all AC family devices. https://www.ti.com/product/SN54AC00-SP
But the device in use is an LVC device so the report would most likely not be similar enough to be valid.
