I have a design with a very small PCB where I intend to use a about 15 TXS0102YZP. The VCAA=1.8V and VCC=3.3V. Since I don't have room in my design I plan to connect the OE directly to the VCCB. Is it possible?

Hi Yossy,
The OE pin is overvoltage tolerant and can be referenced to a higher voltage then VCCA since it is missing the positive clamp diode as mentioned here in this FAQ. Its important to note that the VIL/VIH thresholds are still referenced to VCCA however:
