Tri-State Buffer Chip With Multiple Enable Lines?

I am working on my senior design project and I am in need of a switching device for LEDs. I am controlling different lights in an LED matrix and I need a way to be able to enable/disable certain sections of the matrix based outputs from the microcontroller. What I thought I needed was a bunch of tri-state buffers, all with their own enable line. But after searching for these components, it seems like almost all of the ICs have one enable line for a series of buffers. I need a single enable line for each buffer. Am I looking for the right part, or is there a more efficient way to accomplish my task?
