Hello,

We are using one of your products in one of our designs (Part No: SN74LVC1G32DBVR). We were working on simulating this product in our design and downloaded the PSpice model of the part SN74LVC1G32 from your website. However, upon adding the model in our part, we came across that output which we have getting is not accurate as per datasheet of part. Can you please provide us Pspice model of Part no. SN74LVC1G32DBVR?

Hello Sir,

As per the datasheet of part no.SN74LVC1G32DBVR if one of the inputs of IC is HIGH output of IC should be VCC-0.1. In our case VCC= 1.8V therefore expected Output of IC is 1.8V-0.1=1.7V but we are getting 1V as output. For more details refer following image:

Is there anything connected to the output? The simulation might have problems if there isn't some load, even if it's just 1 MΩ to V_CC or GND.

Hi Apurva,

The model works fine on my end. I'm getting 1.5V at the output with the same setup. I'm not sure why your simulator shows differently. I'm sure if you just connected a simple 15pF load to the output, you would see that the output functions fine.

The VOH is not 1.8/1.7V because you're sourcing about 8mA from the device at 1.8V VCC from the BJT. Device resistances are higher at lower VCC and you're going to see a more significant voltage drop.
