Do the DRY Thermal Metrics also apply to the DSF Package? I am looking for the DSF Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance, Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance, and Junction-to-board thermal resistance. The data sheet reports these for the DRY 6 pin package, not for DSF 6 pin package.
