Do we have the pin2pin device with Ioff function better than SN74AHC1G00DCKR?

    My customer use this part as reverser.  But output abnormal as output always high while active low. By adding pull down resistor could solve the issue. We doult noise from th input pin casued the abnormal.

    In this circuit, a P2P device with Ioff would be the SN74LVC1G14.

    I do not understand why you need Ioff, and where you'd want to add the pull-down. Please show an oscilloscope trace of the input and the output.
