My customer is using the SN74AUP1G08 in a design and the way it is used there is possibility to have VCC=0V but there be voltage on the Inputs. Based on this line in the datasheet I would expect that this would be no problem
however they are seeing a pull down. They are not certain that it is our device. have we ever seen issues with our Ioff functionality?
I noticed that our competitor nexperia (who is often used as second source) also has Ioff functionality, but they only mention outputs in their Datasheet. not inputs. So I've asked my customer to confirm top marking of the device.
