SN74LVC1G07: Output pin state when the part is un-powered

Hi,

This may not be a question particularly target to SN74LVC1G07. But it comes to me when I use the chip. When the part is un-powered, what's the output state I can expect? Hight impedance or low level?

The I_off feature guarantees high impedance.

When VCC is 0V, the chip is guaranteed to be high impedance. If VCC is floating, then there is no guarantee as to the output behavior.
