TXU0304: Max data rate when going from 1.8V -> 1.2V at 25°C

Part Number: TXU0304

Hello,

I'm looking to use the TXU0304 for level shifting from 1.8V -> 1.2V. The datasheet says it can support 10 mbps Min over the temperature range (Table 7.6). I'm wondering if you have a graph that specifies this MIN value for the max data rate from 1.8V -> 1.2V across the temperature range?

If not, what is the MIN value for the max data rate at 20°C for 1.8V -> 1.2V level translation?

  • Hi Daniel,

    Unfortunately, the datasheet's recommendation across temp range (including 20 deg C) is the data available as of this time.

    However, data rate depends on the system designers tolerance for various parameters.

    Hence, max is not specified and will further recommend to verify with the device’s EVM to help test the specific application environment with customer’s loading requirement for the clearest understanding of signal integrity, thanks.

    Best Regards,

    Michael.
