74HC192のカウント動作についてお教えください。

P0～P3の設定をall highにしてPLで設定した後、

CLOCK UP信号を入力した際のTERMINAL COUNT UPの出力信号はどのように出力されますでしょうか。

タイミングチャートでお教えいただけると助かります。

See figure 1 on p. 8:

The TERMINAL COUNT UP signal goes active immediately before the four Q outputs go to zero. So if the counter was initialized with all ones, then this happens on the first falling edge.
