Calls for a comparision of the SDLS966L verison of the Data sheet for the TI mfr p/n: LSF0102DCUR, and the SDLS972A version of the data sheet for this Bi-Directional Multi-Voltage Level Translator IC.
I have not been able to get the SDLS966L version of the data sheet to make the compairsions of what has changed per the PCN. I need this to determine if samples are need for any Design Assurance Testing.
Please help.
