Hey,
In my design i have 6 of this component TXS0108E
and 6 signals are connected to each one of them which means 36 signals total.
I am trying to calculate the power consumption of them.
The voltage translation is between 3.3v <-> 5v.
I see many parameters of current in the data sheet but im just not sure which one should i use.
I know that it depends on the frequency more, but i want to know the maximum current. because i dont know what is the freq exactly and how many of them are going to be used simultaneously
Thanks!
The static power consumption is negligible. For the frequency-dependent power consumption, see https://e2e.ti.com/support/logic/f/151/t/875721. But the largest current probably flows through the pull-up resistors.
Are these signals bidirectional? If not, consider using TXU translators.
