TXB0104-Q1: cannot meet 3ns Tr

Hi Expert,

My customer is using TXB0104-Q1 in their application to realize 1.8V to 3.3V convert. However, customer load need Tr from 0V to 3.3V should within 3ns.

The TXB0104-Q1 cannot meet their requirements. Is there any recommendation from your side? If there is any other level shift/buffer could meet customer requirements, don't hesitate to tell me.

    Hi Imelda,

    Please help see the TXU family (TXU0104-Q1 / TXU0304-Q1) or TXV0106-Q1 as our fastest Tr device as of this time.

    You may also try using active probes (and avoid connectors) with little or less capacitance with the device's EVM so as to help capture a cleaner signal without the step i.e for a faster Tr, thanks.
