SN74LVC1G175: Regarding the thermal data for the parts.

Kindly assist us with below mentioned queries. 

For the part series of texas components we need a junction-case thermal resistance and junction-board 
thermal resistance. Datasheet did not specify these values. part series mentioned below :

1] SN74LVC1G175DCKR
2] SN74LVC1G14DCKT
3] UA78M33QDCYRG4Q1
4] LM3480IM3-15/NOPB
 

 
For the thermal simulation we need these values. so, can you please provide these data as soon as possible.
