Hi Team,

Please have a look into the schematic implemematation of buffer.

DIR pin should be directly connected to VCC or With Pull-up? for A to B direction

DIR PIN should be directly connected to GND or with resistor? FOR B to A direction

DIR is a high-impedance CMOS input and does not need a resistor.

You would want a resistor only if you expected to change the signal for debugging.
