TXS0206A: How to use CLK-f pin functionality

Part Number: TXS0206A

Dear TI Community,

I'm planning to use the TXS0206A in my new design, in between an MCU and an eMMC.

The datasheet specifies the CLK-f pin as an output, but I couldn't find much information on how to utilize it to improve the quality of the clock signal. Is there an application note or a reference design that might provide additional information?

Thanks!

  • Hey JD,

No application notes or reference designs at the moment, though this pin can be used to resynchronize the data back to host (by accommodating for the round trip delay of the data when being read). Visit section 11 for best layout practices when designing with this device and see the TXS0206AEVM for further testing as needed.

    Regards,

    Jack
