A wide range of the translator portfolio can be used to support the above conditions. Please see Voltage Translation Application Quick Reference for general recs depending on the interface of your signals. Is there a specific direction of the signals per ch., ch. count or timing requirements?

2 channels, and all channels are bidirectional.

You can use the LSF, if the pull-up resistors are strong enough and the other device have enough drive strength for that. (This is often not the case for 1 V devices.)

What protocol is this?

DDR5, level translators will be used for HSCL and HSDA to shift the voltage level from 3.3V to 1V.

Hi Gareth,

In that case, the TCA39306/ LSF0102 can be used for level translation with the auto-bidirectional I3C HSCL/ HSDA signals.
