Could you please advise how to terminate the unused input and output pin?

Is it OK to just let them OPEN?

You must not allow any input to float; connect unused ones to VCC or GND.

Unused outputs can be left open.

Hi Shinji,

It is not recommend to float CMOS inputs without internal pull-downs / pull-ups and would recommend connecting all unused pins to ground for optimal operation, thanks.
