SN74LV1T04: Maximum value of VIH and the minimum value of VIL

Hi,

I would like to understand the variation in VIH (high level input voltage) and VIL (low level input voltage) of SN74LV1T04. On the data sheet, only the minimum value for VIH and the maximum value for VIL are listed. Could you please tell me the maximum value of VIH and the minimum value of VIL? Is it correct to understand that the maximum value of VIH is VCC and the minimum value of VIL is GND?
