SN74LVC1G32-Q1: IF the OR IC power supply is 1.8V，the input high can be 3.3V signal?

Hi,

In my design, I want to design a OR circuit, I have a problem:

if the OR IC power supply is 1.8V, so that the output high is 1.8V, but the input is 3.3V voltage, is the input OK?

Seems great！

So I just should change the 0Ω to100KR to contol the current never higher than 20mA. Right?

No, you do not need to control the current. LVC inputs do not have diodes to V_CC and are overvoltage tolerant.
