I'm looking for an IC that meets the following conditions, but I could only find the SN74HCS245. I would like to know the IC that meets the conditions.

supply voltage = 3.3V

Input voltage = 5V

With schmitt trigger input and 5V tolerant function

I'm looking for a replacement for the 74LCX245FT, hence the Octal Bus Transceiver.

Hi Yuta,

In terms of 8 channel Schmitt trigger transceivers all we can support is the SN74HCS245. It does have a positive input clamp diode for more information on what that means please see [FAQ] Can the input voltage (Vi) to my logic device be higher than the supply voltage (Vcc)?
