LSF0101: Capacitor on Vref_A?

Is there any benefit to having a bypass capacitor on Vref_A? Or is it only recommended on Vref_B?

The LSF itself does not care. But in general, Vref_A is connected to the power supply for the A-side pull-up resistors and other devices, so you will have a capacitor anyway.
