Please help confirm the two parameters,

1. Input transition rise or fall rate spec for min value in max temperature. spec only max value

2. Is the effect of temperature on slew rate (rise/fall time) directly proportional or inversely proportional?

1. There is no minimum; you can make the input edges as fast as you want.

2. Increasing the temperature increases the MOSFET's channel resistance, so the output rise/fall time gets slower.
