Currently we are using 'SN74HC540PWT' in one of our design. I checked its part status on Digikey and Mouser, on both the supplier sites, it is mentioned that its status is 'Last time buy' or obsolete. So is it really Obsolete? If it is obsolete is its direct substitute is available, which matches pin mapping, electrical parameters and footprint?
I found one IC with Manufacturer name 'SN74HC540PWR', is it direct substitute of 'SN74HC540PWT'?
