At what voltages?
Where does the 32 mA requirement come from? I'd guess that the actual current in your application is much lower.

Voltage which supports 3V3 (Nominal) as Vcc1 and 5V (nominal) as Vcc2
the 32mA is the maximum output current required to make the inverter side to be stable
This application is designed as mentioned below:
MCU to Level shifter (supports for UART applications) to the Inverter
The SN74LXC2T45 is the only two-channel device that supports this output current.
But both channels go into the same direction. If you need one channel in each direction, use 2× SN74LXC1T45.
