I am looking for a compatible 1:4 clock buffer both SRCLK & RCLK pins of SN74AHC594 shift register that would work 50MHz clock and 3.3V bias voltage?

I'd recommend the SN74LVC125A.

Malcom, I need to have one input to 4 outputs ( fan outs) not 4in 4 outs

We do not have any devices capable of doing this in logic. I'd suggest you look at our clock buffer selection.

CMOS inputs have a very high impedance; you can simple connect the clock to all four inputs of the '125.
