i working on SN74AHC1G14DBVR IBIS model in that input models were not working properly
according to an IBIS specification The voltage column in the [POWER Clamp] should extend at least from -Vcc to 0 (it is permitted
and recommended to extend from –Vcc to +2 * Vcc
i am trying to drive this input pin with 7V means the ESD protection diode should able to drive upto 5V only but this is not working
