At present, we have selected the level conversion chip TXS0108 in our research and development, which allows cellular modules (IO pin voltage domain 1V8) and Wifi modules (IO pin voltage domain 3V3) to transmit data communication through SPI. We have found that this chip can only ensure data transmission stability when the SPI clock rate is 10MHz
When the clock speed increased to over 20M, SPI transmission data was no longer stable, affecting product functionality. Therefore, I would like you to recommend a level conversion chip with better performance for us to refer to and verify
The requirements for 1V8 to 3V3 level chips are as follows:
(1) The transmission speed should be better than TXS0108. It is recommended to convert 1V8 to 3V3 at a speed of over 100Mbps, and the duration of the level pulse should be lower than 8ns
(2) The related transmission delay time is better than half of the time below TXS0108
