Can you share with us any contact with the packaging team about this inquiry? It is uncommon for facilities to limit stacking to 5-10 reels and some prefer horizontal stacking in storage racks designed for reels.

I believe you are from the CSC (correct me if I am wrong). Generally for packaging issues we would direct customers to submit a ticket through our customer support. 

However, as you are from CSC, do you guys have different support ticket forms that can contact the packaging team?

Apologies for chiming in here. Please be informed that, as of our most recent process update, CSC no longer communicates with the packaging engineer directly. Instead, any further help requiring communication with the packaging engineer is now sent to the tech team, who then posts it on the E2E forum.
