does SN74AVC1T45 this part have internal pull high at pin 3 and 4?

In this E2E post, AE said that SN74AXC1T45 is a solution without internal pull high

But I am sure if SN74AVC1T45 has integrated pull high or not.

It's not described in the datasheet

The AVC does not have internal pull-downs; those were new in the AXC devices.

No, both devices do not have internal pull-ups. What is the concern you are trying to solve?
