SN54SLC8T245-SEP: Unused Pins - NC or Tie to GND with resistor?

Unused outputs should be left open. Unused inputs must have a valid logic level; you can connect them directly to V_CC or GND.

On a transceiver, all pins are both inputs and outputs. It is recommended to ground them on both sides.

Thanks for your answer, but I don't understand your answer.
I will try to ask more specifically, I'm not using all A and B pins in the Level Shifter ( as you can see in the picture) for example I dont use A3-A8 and B3 -B8
What should I do with pin A3-A8 and B3 -B8, tie to GND with Resistor? or leave it floating?
