Hi, this part is indicated as a space variant and the data sheet briefly mentions it is radiation tolerant but I can't find any tolerance details for TID and SEE - has it been tested?

Hi Tom,

These devices have been tested, however, we do not have digitized documentation for this anymore as it is from so long ago.

Hi, thank you. Is there any idea what TID tolerance and SEE threshold the device passed for this historical testing?

Hi Tom,

Don't take this as fact, but generally I would said 10krad is what we test in parts.
