LSF0102: EN pin controlled through a Schottky Diode

Hello,

My driver for the EN pin of the LSF0102 is not a native open-drain driver but a push-pull one.

Is it possible to insert a Shottky Diode (BAS70 for example) between my driver and the EN pin of the LSF0102 to emulate an open-drain output ?

Yes.

(The EN pin is connected to the gates of the pass transistors. A low voltage like 0.3 V is smaller than the gate-to-source threshold voltage and ensures that the transistors are always off.)
