Hi,

Can you please answer my cusotmers question below?

 

Customer needs to know how much memory the PAL22V10Z-25C has.

    Sorry for lack of reply.  The PAL devices belong to the High Reliability group, and I did not see this post to the external logic forum.

    Technically the device does not have any memory.  So, not sure if the question was asked appropriately.   However, each output logic macrocell has a flip flop.

    There are 10 output macrocells in this device.
