Hello,

How to calculate the pull-down resistance value for 3A and 3B ports when they are not being used?

Second, i am new for IBIS model. Please help me to use IBIS model of SN74VMEH22501A to read undershoot and overshoot.

Do i need to use damping resistor to prevent undershoot or overshoot condition?

Probably a 5k resistor is fine for the pull-down. You might not need a damping resistor, that depends on your output load conditions. If you see significant overshoot/undershoot in the simulation then consider adding a damping resistor.
