TXB0108: State of the unused pins in TXB0108

Part Number: TXB0108

Tool/software:

Hi,

Greetings...

We are planning to use TXB0108 in our application.

We would like to know whether the unused pins in Port A & Port B can be left open. Kindly provide your comments on the same.

Also, we would like to know whether OE pin can be pulled up to VCCA with a resistor i.e. <=10k ohms (Our application requires to keep the OE pin always enabled).

Kindly provide your comments on the same and please guide us in this regard.

Best Regards,

Ravichandran C

  • Hi Ravichandran,

The ports can be left floating. The states will be redriven by the internal buffer.

Yes, the OE pin can be pulled up through a resistor.
