这个K6B20板子的电路图，之前出现的故障就是用在这个板子上面，这颗SN74HC164用在另外一个板子是K6B10上面的也是这个电路图，这颗SN74HC164用在10安的板子上面是没有问题的，这颗SN74HC164用用在20安的板子上面就有出现异常,但是20安用回22年批次的料就不会出现异常

SN74HC164DR 客户反馈换回原来 带花的 就没有问题

这IC有问题如下内容,K6B20电源模块  

异常情况是1、输出短路测试时发现模块显示屏数字无显示或闪烁跳动故障
                   2.并机反复开关机额定输入输出满载测试时，发现开机启动中屏幕会有闪跳一下，正常不闪烁

    The behaviour of this shift register is specified in table 1 in section 9.4 of the datasheet.

    Please show an oscilloscope trace with the CLK and A/B inputs and the output that you think are wrong.

    Hello,

    If you could provide oscilloscope signals of the CLK, inputs, and outputs as Clemens asked that would be very useful. In addition it would be useful if you could post the question in English moving forward since this is the English forum and I don't trust the effectiveness of google translate to properly convey information.
