Hi,

I am looking for an inverter IC that supports level conversion with VCC=5V, Vin=3.3V, Vout=5V output. The specs are similar to TC7PZ04FU, and pin-compatible with SOT-363 would be helpful.

Looking at the cross reference, SN74LVC2G04DCKR is recommended. However, with SN74LVC2G04DCKR, when VCC=5V, VIH≧3.5V, which exceeds the 3.3V input.

Are there any solutions you can suggest?

It seems possible with the TTL SN7404, but it's a legacy product and only has 6 channels. I'd prefer a 2-channel product that's as new as possible.

The TC7PZ04FU has the same 3.5 V threshold.

You need a device with TTL-compatible inputs (2× SN74AHCT1G04) or a level shifter (2× SN74LV1T04). There is no two-channel device.
