Hello team,

I am looking for AND gate SOIC 14 package IC. which is having 3 AND gates.

I need pin to pin replacement of SN74HCS11DR IC.

Below are Specs :

1. Input voltage : 0V to 5V

2. Supply voltage : 0V to 3.3V

3. Schmitt trigger 

4. Package SOIC 14 - Pin to pin compatible with SN74HCS11DR

5 Without claming diode between VCC to input supply. 

we have found SN74LVC11A this part. In datasheet it is mentioned it is available in SOIC 14 package. but I am not able to find complete part number on digikey and mouser.

Can you please help me to get exact alternate of SN74HCS11DR without clamping diode.
