Hi my understanding from the Texas forum is that IBis model is not available for CD4093 & CD 4034 but I want ro run Signal integrity, is there any close approximate model that I can substitute as I only want the IO buffer performance w.r.t layout and not looking into circuit simulation.
Can you pls suggest any alternative model for 4093 and 4034 , with same kind of package and V-T curves.
