SN74LV1T125: Abnormal buffer operation

Part Number: SN74LV1T125

Tool/software:

Hello, I'm Geon Hee.
The signal from the DSP is inputted to the gate driver through the buffer. However, the current DSP signal is coming out well, and the buffer output signal is about 1.4 volts and does not come out in pulse form. Additionally, DSP GPIO is doing CLEAR because it is an active row. Could you check if there is a problem with the circuit? Thank you very much. I am sending you the circuit diagram as attached

  • Hi,

Correct me if mistaken, the output of the LV1T device is 1.4 V instead of 3.3 V and do not look like a square wave.

I suspect the below recommendation is being violated due to the 100 pF on the inputs.

If still observing issues when removed, please confirm below:

    1. The output do not also have similar load.

    2. The frequency of the input signal

    3. Waveforms of what the input and output looks like, thanks.

    Best Regards,

    Michael.
